PROFESSIONAL SCRUM MASTER is an advanced workshop focused on preparing for the most important tasks of Scrum Master – work on many levels of organization.
Scrum Masters will practice teamwork tools and working with Product Owners and managers, they can also learn how to jointly create an agile environment.
Workshop is conducted by experienced trainers who work with the product and business for over 10 years. Participants will not only obtain knowledge and basic skills, but also learn about examples of real-life solutions and customer implementations on three continents.
The scope of the training
After participating in the workshop, the participant will know selected coaching, facilitation and training methods. After completing the training, the students will be able to:
- create measuring instruments of the organization agility,
- work effectively with managers to jointly create an agile work environment within the organization.
The basic objectives of Professional Scrum Master II training include practicing the most important Scrum Master skills – coaching, facilitation and mentoring. During the workshop, participants will learn about SM tools to work on the level of Team, Product Owner and organization. Within the two days of training we will present the ways to create an agile work environment.
Who is this training for?
Professional Scrum Master II is for people who are already acting as Scrum Masters or who intend to become Scrum Masters in the near future. PSM II is also addressed to agile coaches who want to learn teamwork tools and working with Product Owners and organization.
This training is not suitable for people who have not previously had any contact with Scrum. For those people we have Professional Scrum Foundations training, after which you can also obtain a Professional Scrum Master I certificate.
The examination process
After completing the training, within five working days, participants receive a free voucher to take up one Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) exam for certification. The voucher is valid indefinitely. If the participant takes up the exam within 14 days from the date of completing the training and does not receive required 85% points, Scrum.org will provide another voucher for the second attempt.
PSM II exam is more difficult and its goal is to test your Scrum experience. It is composed of single- or multiple-choice questions.
IMPORTANT: You need to obtain PSM I certificate prior to taking the PSM II exam.
PMI personnel development points
All participants of the Professional Scrum Master II training receive 14 points of personal development units (PDU). Points are earned just for participating in the training, not for passing the relevant exam.
